18th Birthday

I haven't posted a Journal entry for exactly one year...on the day of my 17th Birthday....
I can't say I feel too enthusiastic today, but I'm not feeling miserable either.
Being a Health Science College Student, you get worn out pretty quickly and find less time to procrastinate otherwise work will pile up (as it did now).
Even on a special day such as today, I had a Calculus II Test, a Chemistry of solution Test and a 1000 word essay to write due today (before midnight).
I must say, this day has treated me quite well.

If there were some things I'd be thankful for is that compared to last semester, this one is more of a breather. I don't finish classes as late as I did (6 PM almost everyday of the week), and I actually apply for a complimentary course that has an artistic content (Self portrait). While I hoped for a Drawing I or Digital Design class, it was full. Despite this, Self-portrait is actually quite fun and furthers your knowledge in the basics of handling the materials. I don't remember ever working with decent art material, but now that I am, the results actually come out more nicely once you know how to use them properly...(charcoal is actually a fun tool).

Welp gotta finish that essay......Busy Busy Busy.... @_____@
